Corten Steel Plates 6mm thick (doors and windows frames)

Along the doors sides and upper cuts we will weld the Corten Steel Plates, NOT on the bottom side/floor level.

Therefore we will have plates in number and sizes as follows:

4x 2576mm x 450mm = m2 4,64

2x 1970mm x 450mm = m2 1,77

The welding line will then be 14244mm and the Corten plates will be in total m2 6,41.

Two glass doors, each H 2576mm x W 1970mm = TL 10,15

This side after two doors cut

remains with three portions of wall 

2x 2576mm x 3036mm = total m2 15,64

1x 2576mm x 1800mm = total m2 4,64

2x 1086mm x 450mm = m2 0,98

The welding line will then be 12476mm and the Corten plates will be in total m2 5,62.

On this side the larger opening is the door of the container itself that will be removed, in this case there's no need for cutting, only Corten plates welding.

Corten Steel Plates 6mm thick (doors and windows frames)

Along the doors sides and upper cuts we will weld the Corten Steel Plates, NOT on the bottom side/floor level.

Therefore we will have plates in number and sizes as follows:

4x 2576mm x 450mm = m2 4,64

1x 1018mm x 450mm = m2 0,46

1x 2118mm x 450mm = m2 0,95

The welding line will then be 13440mm and the Corten plates will be in total m2 6,05.

Right side wall 2576mm x 2118mm = right side wall total cut 9388mm

On this side the larger opening on the right container is the result of cutting off the whole wall side while on the left one the door of the container itself will be removed and steel plates resulting from other walls cuttings are to be welded to create the new door opening.

Two steel plates (800mm and 300mm width x 2576mmm height) resulting from others wall side cuttings. Total welding line for these two plates will then be 7352mm. 
Door (left side in the pic) 2576mm x 1018mm.

Along the doors sides and upper cuts we will weld the Corten Steel Plates, NOT on the bottom side/floor level.

Therefore we will have plates in number and sizes as follows:

1x 2118mm x 450mm = m2/sqm 0,95
